As found,  this silverplate and wood stand measures 11 1/2 tall by 7 1/2 wide.  The wood base is 7 1/2 by 5 and has four little feet for a total height of 1 1/4 inches.  The silverplate holder has floral embellishments on one side, a fern leaf and ostrich at the top, and a loop underneath as shown.  Note the old ribbon with the floral piece tied near the bottom.  We did not attempt to clean or polish.  The twisted band encircling the base edge is tacked in place in one spot, and is loose.  Selling as is as found.
